Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, contact details and message to respond to your request. These details go to our customer relationship management system, LeadConnector / HighLevel. Akismet checks form submissions for spam and receives what you submit, along with your IP address and browser details.
If you use our chat assistant, we collect the messages you type. You may also choose to share your name, email address, phone number, address and details about the work you need. Anthropic's AI service processes your messages to generate replies. We and our marketing agency, AQ Marketing, keep your chat transcript and the details you provide. Your chat details are also sent to our LeadConnector / HighLevel CRM so we can follow up.
Information collected automatically
When you visit, we collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time on the site. Our hosting provider processes standard request data in server logs. We use analytics tools to measure website traffic and how you find and use the site. We also use tools for advertising measurement, visitor identification, spam prevention, security and website features.
We use a visitor identification service that tries to match otherwise anonymous visitors' browsers to identity data held by partner networks. We share information for targeted advertising. Other parties may collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site. Google Ads and the visitor identification service collect activity across other websites. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and your choices
Analytics and advertising tools stay off until you click "Accept all" on the cookie banner or scroll the page while the banner is showing. Scrolling while the banner is showing counts as accepting these tools. Use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page to switch analytics or advertising cookies off, or back on, at any time.
